Michael Matthews Takes Stage Four of the Trust House Classic

Day four saw Australian Under 23 champion Michael Matthews (Jayco-Skins) take stage honors in which was the third foriegn win out of four for the Tour so far.  Matthews win all but cemented his lead in the Wairarapa event’s young rider classification. The victory is Jayco-Skins first victory outside Australia, where it won both Under 23 men’s road titles, after the team previously raced as SouthAustralia.com-AIS.

Another Australian Joel Pearson (Genesys Wealth Advisers) took second place with Canadian Charles Dionne (Fly V Australia) making a habit of touring New Zealand took out third.  Young gun Michael Torckler defended his position well at the top of the leader board and goes into tomorrow's finale with the margins unchanged.
