Amy Taylor is an Auckland based New Zealand Cycling Coach of the year.  She is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and Cycling Coach. A carded coach with the New Zealand Academy of Sport, Amy has been riding for 18 years experimenting on the road, track and mountain bike. Studying Sports Science and Physiology at the University of Auckland, her cycling research has been internationally published and she has coached for 10 years, including a number of National, Commonwealth Representatives, and World Champions. Amy brings a dynamic team of coaches to cyclingnz.com who train all levels of riders from complete beginners to professionals through Kinetic Edge Training Technology Kinetic Edge coaches combine traditional training methods with the latest exercise physiology research, and are consistently seeking new ways to improve their athletes, no matter what their starting ability.
