Tom David Takes Triptyque Ardennais
15 May, 2012

Talented Auckland semi professional Tom David has come up trumps racing in Belgium taking out the overall classification of the Triptyque Ardennais.  Known as Belgiums premier Amateur stage race held over three days the event attracts the best teams from across Europe as the young riders look to springboard themselves into the professional ranks.
David struck his killer blow to the field on stage two taking an impressive solo victory and defending his lead to the end.

"It's fantastic! When I see those who have added their name to the winners of this race, I can be proud to put mine too. Win this kind of test is ideal for the business card. I hope this victory will be able to open the doors of a professional contract. Now I'm going to refocus on the next event because I still want some more success this season commented David.
