Crankbrothers 2019 Athlete Roster
21 Mar, 2019
As the season fast approaches, take a minute to learn about which world class athletes will be using Crankbrothers products in 2019 and beyond! New for this season, we are excited to welcome the Trek cross country superstar duo of Emily Batty and Yolanda Neff along with the rest of the Trek Factory squad, who will be using a mix of Eggbeater and Candy pedals to race to the front! The Ghost Factory Racing team will challenge the world's best onboard our Eggbeater pedals and the Bianchi Countervail Team will debut our new Synthesis XCT wheels this season! In 2018, our Mallet DH pedal was used by the winners of all four World Championship categories, as well as many of the podium finishers. We hope for the same success in 2019! This year we will be supporting the Santa Cruz Syndicate, Specialized Gravity, Canyon Factory Racing, Atherton Racing, Trek Factory Racing, FMD, YT Mob, Danny Hart, Laurie Greenland, Jack Moir, Myriam Nicole, and many more, all aboard our Mallet DH pedal. In order to develop the best carbon wheels possible we must test at the highest level. For 2019, we will continue to support the UNNO Factory Race Team with our Synthesis tuned carbon DH wheels. In 2019 we are excited to see Martin Maes take on the ultimate challenge in MTB racing - attempting to win the Enduro World Series Championship! We will also be supporting Canyon Factory Racing, Santa Cruz Enduro, Commencal Enduro Team, Trek Factory Racing, Hazzard Racing, and the Canadian duo of Jesse Melamed and Remi Gauvin. They will be taking on all rounds of the EWS onboard our Mallet E pedals! The Orbea Factory Racing squad will also test our Highline dropper post to the limits at every EWS this year. Away from the track, along with Fabio, we are excited to continue partnerships with trials legends Danny MacAskill and Hans Rey, as well as free ride pioneer Richie Schley. And what is Cedric Gracia doing this year? It is anyone's guess at this point but you can count on him staying with Crankbrothers!
